Michigan and Cynthia Wright aged 20 years of Fairgrove, Tuscola County and State of Michigan 
were by me joined in matrimony according to the laws of the State of Michigan on the 12th day 
of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty six at Tuscola, Michigan

I do hereby certify that on the sixteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred 
and sixty six at the house of the undersigned justice of the Peace in said town and 
County and State above written, Franklin Graves of said town and Olive Briggs of the 
same place to me personally known to be the persons described in this certificate were 
by me joined together with their mutual consent in the bonds of wedlock and I did first 
ascertain that the said parties were of sufficient age to consent to the same which 
marriage took place in presence of S. McMillen and Jacob Young subscribing witnesses there to.

Witness my hand & seal this sixteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred & sixty six.
