This is to certify that Frank Russ, Jr. aged 42 years of Fairgrove, Tuscola County and 
State of Mich, and Martha Brate aged 22 years of Fairgrove, Tuscola County and State of 
Michigan were by me joined in matrimony according to the laws of the State of Michigan 
on the 17th day of May 1866 at Watrousville.

I certify that on the 24th day of May AD 1866 at Arbela in the County aforesaid, 
I, William W. Robison, Minister, joined in marriage Ebenizer Howard of Arbela in 
the State of Michigan aged 35 years and Emma P. Clark of Arbela in the State of 
Michigan aged 34 years; that the parties did then and there solemnly declare that 
they took each other as Husband and Wife; and that there were present as witnesses 
Scah Wilcox of Arbela and D? H. Hosier of Arbela.

Done this 24th day of May AD 1866.
