aged 26 years and Miss Almira P. Lee of Tuscola aged 20 years were duly married by me according 
to the laws of the State of Michigan.

This is to certify that William Y. Phillips aged 32 years of the township of Columbia Tuscola 
County and State of Michigan and Cordelia Seil aged 23 years of the township of Columbia, 
Tuscola County and State of Michigan were by me joined in matrimony according to the laws 
of the State of Michigan on the 29th day of October AD 1866 at the township of Columbia.
