County of Tuscola Michigan aged 21 years and Miss Delia E. Goodwin of the same place 
aged 17 years were duly married by me according to the Laws of the State of Michigan.

I certify that on the 15th day of December AD 1865 at Burlington in the County aforesaid 
I, E.J. Doyl, Minister of the Gospel, joined in marriage Andrew Bellasl of Tuscola Co in 
the State of Michigan aged 35 years and one Margret Hall of Tuscola in the State of Mich 
aged 18 years that the parties did then and there solemnly declare that they took each 
other as husband and wife and that there were present as witness ? W.E. Best of N. Branch, 
Lapeer and Frankey Bates of Tuscola.

Dated at Burlington this 15 day of December AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty five.
