This is to certify that on the sixth day of February AD 1867 at Almer in the County of 
Tuscola aforesaid, I, C.P. Wilson, Minister of the Gospel joined in Marriage Howland L. Robsinson 
of Almer in the State of Michigan aged twenty years and Emma F. Parsell of Almer in the State of 
Michigan aged twenty years that the parties did then and and there solemnly declair that they 
took each other as Husband and Wife and that there there were present as witnesses 
Mrs. Jennie Jennie L. Dickenson of Almer and Miss Florence S. Cooley of Almer.

Dated at Tuscola Centre this sixth day of February AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
