I certify that on the 20th day of January AD 1867 at Watrousville in the County aforesaid, 
I, D.G. Philbrick, a Justice of the Peace, joined in Marriage John W. Kelsey of Indian Fields 
in the State of Michigan aged 21 years and Judith D. Kent of Juniata in the State of Michigan 
aged sixteen years that the parties did then and there solemnly declair that they took each 
other as Husband and wife and that there were present as witnesses Russell D. Black of 
Juniata and Kent of Juniata.

Dated at Watrousville this twentieth day of January AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
