of Michigan and Jane ?. McNinch aged 21 years of Watertown Tuscola County and State of Michigan 
were by me joined in Matrimony according to the laws of the Stateof Michigan on the fifteenth 
day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven at Fremont county and 
State aofresaid.

I, Alman Achenbach, A Justice of the Peace, joined in Marriage Albert Perry [of] 
Akron in the State of Michigan aged twenty seven years and Lucy Peck of Akron in 
the State of Michigan aged twenty two years that the parties did then and there 
solemnly declair that they took each other as Husband and wife and that there were 
present as witnesses Benjamin Valley of Akron and Franklin Valley of Akron.

Dated at Akron this Fourteenth day of April AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
