I do hereby certify that on the 21st day of July AD 1867 at the house of William Robinson in 
said Town, Ephram Foster and Mary Robinson - both of Tuscola Mich to me known to be the persons 
described in the certificate were by me joined with their mutual consent in the bonds of wedlock 
and I did first assertain by the oath of said ? that there was no lawful reason why such marriage 
should not take place - subscribing witnesses thereto Munroe Robinson-Albert Church
