I certify that on the fourth day of August AD 1867 at Dayton in the County aforesaid 
I, C.B. Mills, Minister of the Gospel joined in marriage Mr. William Mead of Dayton in 
the State of Michigan aged forty two years [and] Mrs. Esther Emmet of said town & State 
aged forty years that the parties did then and there solemnly declare that they took each 
other as Husband and wife and that there were present as witnesses Henry Rounds and 
Kezia Rounds both of Dayton.

Dated at Dayton this 4th day of August AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.

I, C.B. Mills Minister of the Gospel joined in marriage Richard S. Rutherford of 
Vassar in the State of Michigan aged 27 years and Elizabeth Turner of Fremont in 
the State of Michigan aged 20 years that the parties did then and there solemnly 
declare that they took each other as husband and wife and that there were present 
as witnesses Lyman N. Crandall and Mary J. Crandall of said Fremont.

Dated at Fremont this 14th day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
