I do hereby certify that on the fifteenth day of May AD 1867 at the house of John W. Stevenson 
in Said Town of Tuscola, Robert Gaines of Vassar and Julia Ann Johnson of the above named place 
were with their mutual consent lawfully joined together in Holy matrimony which was solemnized 
by me in the presence of John W. Stevenson and William Patrick attending witnesses and I do further 
certify that the said Robert Gaines and Julia Ann Johnson were satisfactorly proved by the oath to 
be the persons stated and that they could lawfully contract such marriage.

Given under my hand this 15th day of May AD 1867

I Nobel E. Yerk, Justice of the Peace joined in marriage Duane Stewart of Arbela in the 
State of Michigan aged 20 years and Ketta Miller of Arbela in the STate of Michigan aged 
16 years that the parties did then and there solemnly declare that they took each other 
as Husband and Wife and that there were present as witnesses Richard Huntt of Arbela and 
George Foresyth of Arbela.

Dated at Arbela this Fifteenth day of June AD one thousand Eight hundred and sixty seven.
