This is to certify that Silus M. Haight aged 28 years of Denmark Tuscola County and State of 
Michigan and Elizabeth Loss aged 17 years of Vassar Tuscola County and State of Michigan were 
by me joined in Matrimony according to the laws of the State of Michigan on the tenth day of 
September one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven at Vassar.  
In the presence of A.P. Rowland, Harriet Rowland.

This is to certify that on the seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and sixty seven before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace 
within and for the county of Tuscola, Andrew Seegar of the Town of Elkland in said county 
and Rosana Seegar of the same place were joined in marriage they declaring themselves clear 
of all engagements or other lawfull impediments and taking each other for Husband and wife 
according to law.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Elkland aforesaid the day and year 
above written.
