State of Michigan Tuscola County - I certify that on the eight day of September AD 1867 
at the widow Doyanys in the County aforesaid & agreeably to the Laws of Michigan joined 
in Marriage Simeon Botsford Jr. of Ellington in the State of Michigan aged twenty five 
years and Malvina Doying [of] Elmwood in the State of Michigan aged twenty three years 
that the parties did then and there solemnly decair that they took each other as husband 
and wife and that there were present as witnesses Hiram Bearse of Almer and Annie Doyiny 
of Elmwood - dated at Elmwood this eighth day of September AD one thousand eight hundred 
and sixty seven.
