Township of Fairgrove

I do hereby certify that on the fifth day of August at the house of 
Leonard _____ in said township of Fairgrove, Ezra Heath of the township of 
Fairgrove aged thirty one years and Malinda Collar of the Township of Fairgrove 
aged 26 years, were with their mutual consent lawfully joined together in holy 
matrimony which was solemnized by me in the presence of John M. Peterhans of the 
Township of Fairgrove and _______ of the Township of Almer and R. ? Black of the 
Township of Juniata attesting witnesses, and I do further certify that the said 
Ezra Heath and Malinda Collar are known to me to be the persons described in this 
certificate, that I ascertained previous to the solemnization of the said marriage 
that the said parties were of sufficient age to contract the same, and that after 
due inquiry by me made, there appeared no lawful impediment to such marriage.

Given under my hand this fifth day of August AD 1859.
