Marriage Certificate

I do hereby cerify that on the sixth day of May in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and sixty at the house of William ? Phillips 
of this town  of Columbia aforesaid to me personally known to be the persons 
described in this certificate were by me joined together with their mutual 
consent in the bonds of wedlock and I did first ascertain that the said parties 
were of sufficient age to consent to the same which marriage took place in the 
presence of Thomas Dickson and Jane Dickson subscribing witnesses hereto.

Witness my hand and seal this sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred and sixty.

Miss Lucia Harmon of the above named place on the first day of December 1859.
