Bournz, Clerk On the 3rd No[v] 1860 at the town of Arbela in the County of Tuscola, Chrispas Clock of the town of Arbela in said County, Lydia Ann Harper of the said town of Arbela after putting both parties under oath and after due inquiry made, there appeared no lawful impediment to the said marriage, were married by me and George Wycoff of the Said town of Arbela and Sarah Mycoff of the said town of Arbela were present as witnesses at the said marriage. Streeter aged nineteen years and Charlotte Hovey aged fifteen years both of the township of Fairgrove and to me personally known to be the persons described in this Certificate was by me joined together with mutual consent in the holy bonds of matrimony and I first ascertained that the partieies were of sufficient age to consent to the same.
