Mary Ellen Mundt,  82, of Watervliet passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2007, at
her home.  Mary was born Feb. 28, 1925, in County Mayo, Ireland, the daughter of
John and Bridget (Dunleavy) Donnelly, both of whom preceded her in passing   She
moved to the United States from Ireland when she was 6 years old.  Mary was a
LPN for both the Van Buren County Mental Health Department and Community
Hospital in Watervliet.  Her nursing career lasted for more than 30 years.  Mary
is survived by a son, Mylen “Mike” Mundt of Spring Hill, Fl.   Besides her
parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Mylen Mundt Sr., in 1988; a
son, Edward A. Mundt, in 1969; and a sister Teresa Donnelly Dolan.  

As to Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place.  A memorial service to honor her
memory was held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 29, at the Hartford Seventh-day
Adventist Church.  Pastor Adam Brown officiating.  Anyone wishing to make a
memorial in Mary's name may do so to church or the charity of their choice.  The
family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home of Hartford with arrangements.
