Age 81, Died Wednesday, August 16, 1972 at Wayne General Hospital following an 
extended illness.  Mrs. Wright was born July 27, 1891 in Salem, Michigan the 
daughter of Wilhelm and Augusta Lidke Richter.  She married Ray Clifford Wright 
in Ypsilanti January 27, 1916.  He preceded her in passing December 3, 1965.  
Mrs. Wright was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.  Survivors include 5 
daughters:  Mrs. Clarence (Mildred) Sampler of Grayling, Mrs. George (Louise) 
Day of Charlotte, Mrs. A. L. (Ella) Parsons and Mrs. John (Donna) Otto, both of 
Belleville, Mrs. Frankie (Arlene) Johnson of Ypsilanti, 2 sons:  Paul W. Wright 
of Ypsilanti, Ray J. Wright of Willis;  20 grandchildren, 6 sisters:  Mrs. Harry 
Hamilton of Jackson, Mrs. Edward Bloom of California, Mrs. Nick Gotos of 
Dearborn, Mrs. Arthur Lambert, Miss Martha Richter and Mrs. Eaton Roberts of 
Ypsilanti, 2 brothers:  Wilhelm Richter of Dearborn, and George Richter of 
Grayling.  Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.  Funeral services will be 
Saturday, 11 A.M. at Geer Funeral Home with Paster Wilson A. Kotchenruther 
officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.  Friends may call at Geer 
Funeral home.
