DIVORCES GRANTED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT

In the circuit court Saturday, Judge George W. Sample granted a decree of 
divorce to Benjamin Hinkley, releasing him from the bonds of matrimony with his 
wife, Cynthia Hinkley, on the ground of desertion.



Although Mr. Hinkley is granted the divorce, Judge Sample found that Mrs. 
Hinkley was a suitable person to have charge of their minor child and granted 
her that right.



Roy M. DeVee was also granted a decree of divorce from his wife, Emma, on the 
grounds of cruelty.
