Washtenaw Co. Divorces for 1909 reported to the State of Michigan
Henry N. Phillyis and Eliza Phillyis, married Oct. 1903 in Milan, no 
children.  Application for divorce filed by husband May 10, 1907 for Extreme 
Cruelty.  It was contested.   Divorce granted Mar 22, 1909 - absolute.
