Guy H. Brubaker ( obit has photo)
   Funeral services for Guy H. Brubaker, widely known real estate dealer, will 
be held at 2 pm Tuesday in the home, 2127 Field Ave.
   Mr. Brubaker died suddenly at his home Friday of apoplexy.  He was born in 
Ashland Ohio, July 2, 1859 and lived in Detroit 40 years.  After serving as a 
clerk in a wholesale drygoods house he entered the real estate business and for 
many years was active as a builder.  He was a member of Scottish Rite in 
Masonry.   Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lottie Pratt 
Brubaker; two sons, Sanford and Kenneth, the latter an employee of The Detroit 
Free Press, and two grandchildren, Sanford Guy, Jr. and William Kenneth 
Brubaker.  Plans for burial had not been completed Saturday.
