Detroit News - October 7, 1954
DEMEERE - Emma, of 12492 Toepher, East Detroit; beloved wife of Alfred A.; 
dear mother of August, Mrs. Charles (Bertha) Montieth, Alois, Mrs. Raymond 
(Elodie) Rose, Mrs. William (Blanche) Pullen and Remi Demeere; survived by 
eighteen grandchildren and one brother in Belgium.  Funeral from the Van 
Lerbeerghe Funeral Home, 13340 East Warren, corner Lakeview, Saturday morning 
at 9:30, and Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 10.  Rosary Friday evening at 8.  
Interment Mt. Olivet.
