Mrs. Ellen C. Fanning
   The Rev. Leslie A. Bechtel of the Calvary Presbyterian Church will
conduct the funeral services for Mrs. Ellen C. Fanning in the home, 2810
Fifteenth Street, at 2:30 pm Saturday.  Burial will be in Woodmere Cemetery.
  Mrs. Flanning, who died at home Thursday afternoon, was born in England 74
years ago and had lived in Detroit for almost half a century. Her husband
James, died 19 years ago.  Surviving is a son, Walker J. Fanning, with whom
she lived.  Two other children, Daniel and George are dead.
