MAHER,FRANCIS J. "JOE" December 18, 1998. Age 72. Dear husband of Mary L. 
"Molly". Dear father of Maureen Anne Steinke (Kurt) and Mary Frances Maher 
(Jack Davis & his son Adam). Dear grandfather of Steven and Kyle Steinke. Dear 
brother of Russell Maher (Nancy) and the late William Maher (Blanch). Dear 
brother-in- law of Edward McCarthy (Pattie), Nancy Daum (Lee), Loretta Whalen 
(Pat), Raymond McCarthy (Kathy), Patsy Horan (Jerry), Charles McCarthy (Sue) 
and the late Francis McCarthy, James McCarthy (Pat), Thomas McCarthy and 
Kathleen McQueen (Bob). Also several nieces and nephews. Family will receive 
friends Tuesday 2-9 p.m. at Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel of A.J. Desmond & 
Sons, 32515 Woodward (bet. 13-14 Mile). Scripture Service Tuesday 7:30 p.m. 
Funeral Liturgy will begin Wednesday 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home with 
procession to St. Regis Church, 3695 Lincoln at Lahser, Bloomfield Hills for 
Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Rite of Committal Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
