She was 64. Born in Hamtramck, Mrs. Surdacki lived in St. Clair Shores for several years before moving to Franklin, where she resided for 33 years. In 1952, she married Richard G. Surdacki at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Hamtramck. Mrs. Surdacki was a longtime member of St. Owen Catholic Church of Birmingham. She is survived by her husband; two daughters; a son, Ricky; three brothers; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Bell Chapel of the William R. Hamilton Co. Funeral Home, 820 E. Maple, Birmingham. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church on Farnsworth at McDougal in Detroit. Remains will be placed in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum in Southfield. Memorial tributes may be sent to Lymphoma Research at Harper Hospital, c/o Office of Development, 4160 John R., Suite 616, Detroit, Mich., 48201. ALSO NOTED Memorial services for Erla C. Collins, 81, a retired General Motors Corp. employee, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in the chapel at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock. Mrs. Collins, who died Tuesday, April 11, 1995, in Tulsa, Okla., worked in public relations for GM before retiring in 1970. Survivors include a niece, Phyllis Gordon, and a nephew, Howard Hill. dz
