Tripp jan_tripp@comcast.net March 11, 2005, 8:48 pm Lake County Star - 15 September 1922 JUDGE TRUCK' MOTHER DIES AT PLYMOUTH Probate Judge Ray Trucks and his wife were called to Plymouth Friday night by the news that his other was very low, but she died before he reached her side. She had undergone an operation recently and had made excellent progress until a short time ago, failing rapidly since. Burial was at Plymouth Monday. Mrs. Trucks lived in Scottville for many years, and news of her death was a great shock to her large circle of friends and intimates. Four years ago she hand her family moved to Plymouth, where she was taken ill a few weeks ago and physicians advised an operation for appendicitis. She was 60 years old, and her age had much to do with her failure to recover. She leaves a husband Porter Trucks and five sons, of whom Judge Trucks is the eldest. The others are Glenn, Fred, Kenneth and Max.
