Elmer A. Doemer (b. June 5th, 1896 d. June 14th, 1955), Son of Anthony Doemer 
and Anna Doemer (Mertz),  Husband of Hazel Iola Doemer (Kesterholt).  Elmer 
owned a bar/cafe with his brothers Raymond Doemer and Edwin Doemer at 1245 
Michigan Avenue, Detroit Michigan from about 1930 until the mid-1960's.  By 
1971, the building was stil being used as a bar, but under different ownership.
