William Stone was born Henry Oliver Salspaugh, he was the son of Nicholas 
Robert Salspaugh and Caroline Cabana. He was born May 20, 1878 in Cheboygan,
Michigan, he died October 7, 1934, Farmington, Michigan. He was hit by a car as 
he walked along Farmington Road.
