Additional Comments: Mary (Tireman) Martindale Buried next to her husband Frederick C. Martindale 1864-1928 Parents: Allen Tireman 1823-1879 (Mary Uridge) Tireman 1839-1873 Her husband Frederick was candidate for Governor of Michigan 1912, 1914, 1920 and was a member of the Michigan State House of Representatives from Wayne County 1901-02. The Tireman family farmed and developed a sizable area of their property in which is now, Grand River, West Grand Blvd., Joy Road and Tireman Avenue.
