This mausoleum is located next to the Dodge brothers mausoleum. Matilda Raush b. Oct 19, 1883 Walkerton, Ontario, Canada d. Sep 19, 1967 Belgium Parents: George and Margaret Rausch, German immigrant saloon keepers. She graduated from Gorsline Business College and worked as a secretary for Dodge Brothers Motor Car Company in Detroit. On Dec. 10, 1907 she married automotive pioneer John Dodge. John had 3 children from a previous marriage and he and Matilda had 3 children. John died in 1920 from influenza while on a business trip to New York. They purchased a 320 acre farm named Meadowbrook, this was the first of nine farms which eventually made up Meadowbrook Farms. In 1925 she married Alfred Gaston Wilson 1880- April 6, 1962 Occupation: Lumber broker. Alfred and Matilda adopted two children in 1930, 18 month old Richard and 3 month old Barbara. Alfred and Matilda constructed the mausoleum of pink granite with a pink marble interior.
