Everett Micle was dead on arrival when brought in to the hospital.

Additional Comments:
Although  married to Emma Schidlowski Micle and with three children,who lived 
in Cleveland, Ohio, Everett had been working in Detroit when he passed away. 
He was found passed away in the cab of his truck.
