MESICK - Jerry T. McNitt, 60, of Mesick, died Feb. 18 of cancer in Cape 
Canaveral, Fla.
Born on Jan. 25, 1939, in Cadillac, he was the son of Gene and Margaret McNitt.
Jerry was a retired business owner of McNitt Oil Company and McNitt Beef and 
Trout Farms. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and golfing; he spent his 
winters in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 22, at the 
Antioch Cemetery in Antioch; the Rev. Lloyd Jewett will be officiating with 
speakers Dick Able and Tom Anderson. A luncheon will follow at the AMVETS Post 
No. 120 in Mesick.
