      GAYLORD - Mrs. Dorothy J. Clark, 88, of Gaylord, died Sunday, April 3, 
2005. She was born Feb. 25, 1917, in Antioch Twp., and lived most of her life 
in Mesick.
      She worked at the Traverse City State Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 
the early 1970s.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, William Clark; and 
granddaughter, Jacqueline Fitzhenry.
      Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Mesick 
Methodist Church. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the services at 
the church. Burial will follow in Sherman-Mesick Cemetery.
      Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice, 
through the Nelson Funeral Home, P.O. Box, 1548, Gaylord, MI 49734.
