Mr. Anderson had been seriously ill for a period of about four months. being in critical condition almost all of the time. Mr. Anderson was born in Penn., where he spend his boyhood. When 20 years old, he migrated to Minnesota and settled in Benton County where he soon become known as a successful farmer. In 1880 he married Miss Fannie Perry. Mr. Anderson represented the Watab District on The County Board of Commissioners for many years and proved an efficient County Worker. Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife and nine children, Walter of Urbana, Ill, William of Elk River, Frank of Long Lake, Mrs. M. Stern of Minneapolis, Mrs. Carl Friese, and Mrs. Lottie Graham of Long lake, Mrs. Fred Noreen of Rockford , Mrs. Joseph Salzbrun of Riche and Mrs. Louis Kath Jr. of this city. Funeral services were held Sunday at 11:00 from the Johnson Funeral Home in Saint Cloud. Six sons-in-law, Fred Noreen Louis Rath Jr., Joseph Salzbrunn, John Ruff, Monas Stern, and Carl Friese acted as pallbearers. The remains were taken to Long Lake.
