LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Joesph Yurek of _________in the county of Benton state of 
Minn being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be 
my last Will and Testament.

FIRST, I order and direct that my Executer hereinafter named pay all my 
just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may 
be.

SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, 
devise and bequeath:

to my wife Thekla Yurek all my property real and personal and 
mixed of what nature and kind soever, during her lifetime.
second, $150.00 to be for funeral expenses and $100.00 for Holy 
Masses to be said. Third, after the death of my wife Thekla 
$150.00 is to be paid for her funeral expenses and $100.00 for 
Holy Masses. Fourth after the death of my wife Thekla, the 
children shall receive the amount each

To My son Frank Yurek $400.00
To My son Theodor $300.00
“ My son Paul $300.00
“ my daughter Paulina Pysrkalla $300.00
“ my daughter Marya Filipszyk $300.00
To my daughter Agnes Dziuk $300.00
“ my daughter Margareta Rau $300.00
“ my daughter Sophia Rau $300.00

Fifth after the death of both of us the house shall be sold and the 
money shall be devided equally between all the children also 
should there be any more money left that shall also be equally 
devided between all the children.

Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint Thekla Yurek my wife
to be executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revokintg 
all former wills by me made.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and 
affixed my seal, the 26th day of January in the year of our Lord one 
thousand nine hundred twenty-one.

This Instrument was, on the day of the date thereof, signed, published
and declared by the said Testator to be his Last Will and Testament in our 
presence who at h____ request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses, 
in h____ presence and in the presence of each other.
