PATRICK JOSEPH DOWNES

 Patrick Joseph Downes, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Downes, of this place, 
died of pneumonia following influenza at his home here October 21.  He 
was born in Kandiyohi County in 1887, being 31 years of age when he died.  
He had lived here nearly all his life, with his parents, coming here when 
but a small child.  The remains were taken to Kandiyohi for interment on 
Wednesday, of this week, accompanied by Mrs. Kehoe, a sister of the 
deceased.
