        Joseph Bruels Dies, St. Paul

    Was a former resident of Mankato;
        Funeral Thursday Morning

    Joseph Bruels of St. Paul died at one of the hospitals of that city, 
Monday evening.  Deceased was born in Prussia eighty-two years ago, and 
when a young man for a time lived in Mankato.  Later he moved to St. 
Paul where he had made his home for the past fifty years.  He is 
survived by his wife and one daughter, Sister M. Aquina of Wabasha Minn.
    The body will arive here tomorrow and will lie in state in Lankamers 
funeral home until Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. when the services will 
be held from there at at SS Peter and Paul's Catholic church at 9 a.m.  
The remains will be laid to rest in Calvary cemetery.
