    - Births -

    Halvorson - To Mr. and Mrs. Larry Halvorson of Fargo, a boy, Sunday 
at St. John's Hosital.  Larry is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elder Halvorson.

    Johnson - To Mr. and Mrs. Brian Johnson a boy 8 lb 6 oz, Matthew Brian, 
Feb. 19 at St. Ansgar.  Brian is the son of Mr. and Haaken Johnson.  
Mrs. Johnson is the former Eileen Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
Milton Anderson.
