Lella Possehl, 89, Breckenridge, died Wednesday, April 16, 1997, in Breckenridge. Lella Cornish, known as Nan, was born Dec. 24, 1907, near Fergus Falls, Minn. She attended school in Barnesville, Minn., and graduated from Moorhead High School. On Nov. 23, 1926, she married Rudolph Possehl in Fargo. They lived in Comstock, Minn. They later moved to Breckenridge. He died in 1992. She later entered St. Francis Nursing Home, Breckenridge. She is survived by a son, Ralph (Jeanne), Breckenridge; a daughter, Marilyn Nelson, Breckenridge; a sister, Alice Johnk, Sabin, Minn.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. VISITATION: Today from 4 to 7:30 in Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, and one hour before the funeral in the church. FUNERAL: Saturday at 2 in Breckenridge Lutheran Church.
