Dak She was born July 6, 1898 at Elbow Lake, the daughter of Nels and Anna Strand. She was married to John A Olson and he preceded her in death in 1953. She moved to rural Solway in 1929, then to Shevlin and in 1971 into Bagley. Survivors include two daughters,Mrs Novella Sweeny and Maxine (Mrs.Robert) Brown, both of Minneapolis ; two sons, Leroy of Medicine Lake, Mont and Dwight ( Whitey) of Shevlin; a sister Mrs Naomi Lawson of Minneapolis ; 21 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sons. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb 4, at 1p.m. at the Landstad Luthern Church in Shevlin Pastor Walt Beaman will officate with burial in the chruch cemetery under the direction of Ceases Funeral Home of Bagley. ========================================================================= Copyright.
