T.C. HALLSTEAD DEAD
Farmer Residing in Garrison Township Died from Stroke at End of Day's 
Hard Work
Theodore Chester Hallstead, age 54, died suddenly at his farm home in 
Garrison township, at the end of a hard day's work on corn husking in 
his fields.  He stepped out to the mail box in the road Thursday evening 
and dropped dead.

Mr. Hallstead was born in Iowa on December 18, 1867.  He leaves four 
children by his first wife, being Don, Frank, Hazel and Clarence; his 
second wife and one child seven years old; a brother and three sisters.

He had lived in Garrison township the past 12 years.
