J. Brown and N. A. Woodring of Towns County Georgia and Liller Mettar of Douglas Wyoming Witnesseth that the said Lona C. Brown A. J. Brown and N. A. Woodring for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby sell and convey unto the said Liller Mettar her heirs and asigns to wit; lot of land No 234 in the 17th District and 1st section of Towns County Georgia Containing One hundred and sixty acres more or less together with all the rights and privileges thereto except all poplar oak and Cherry trees marked (XTX) and the said Lona C. Brown A. J. Brown And N. A. Woodring their heirs and assigns executors and administrators the tittle the premises aforesaid Will forever Warrant and defend unto the said Liller Mettar her heirs and assigns against the the lawful Claims of all other persons. In Witness whereof the said Lona C Brown A. J. Brown & N. A. Woodring has hereto set their hand and seal the day and Year first above Written Signed sealed and delivered Lona C.
