Craig 1915-2006 FARIBAULT -- Helen M. Craig, age 90, of Faribault, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006, at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. at the First English Lutheran Church in Faribault, with the Rev. Richard L. Jorgensen, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault. Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday for one hour prior to the services at the church. Helen Marjorie Morse, the daughter of W.B. and Pearl (Davis) Morse, was born on July 25, 1915, in Alexandria. She married Frank Craig on Oct. 27, 1932, in Owatonna. He preceded her in death on July 10, 1977. Helen worked at the S & L and Tempo Department Stores prior to her retirement. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church and the Hannah Circle at church. She is survived by her children, Caroline (and Francis) Uhlir of Faribault, Edward (and Lorraine) Craig of Plymouth, Clyde "Sonny" (and Marie) Craig of Faribault, Richard (and Jeanette) Craig of Faribault, and Patricia (and Roland) Helgeson of Faribault; daughter-in-law, Audrey Craig of Faribault; sons-in-law, Martin Mortenson and Alan Morrow, both of Faribault; 25 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great- grandchildren; one sister, Elaine Morris of Mounds View; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three children, Harvey Craig, Ethel Mortenson and Margery "Mick" Morrow; and six brothers and seven sisters. ========================================================================= Copyright Leanne Morse 2006.
