At the residence of his brother, T.J. Probert in the town of Lura, on the 15th Inst., of Congestion of the Lungs, SETH J. PROBERT. Although he had not been in the enjoyment of good health for several years, no one thought his earthly career so near its close. He was among the earliest settlers in the town where he died, having located there with his brother twelve years ago. He had no family, but always lived with his brother, in whose family he was greatly beloved and where, on account of his ever kind and gentle dispostion, he will not soon be forgotten. He had only to be known to be loved and respected by all.
