STILES -- At her home in Verona, two miles southwest of Winnebago, July 5, 1906, Mrs. A. B. Stiles, aged 53 years. Mary L. (Robinson) Stiles was born in Candon, Tioga county, New York, on Nov. 25, 1853. She was married in Waseca county on June 27, 1883, to A. B. Stiles, one of the early pioneers of Faribault county, he having settled here in the year 1865. To this union there has been born two children, namely, Clarence, aged 18 and Atha 10. Mrs. Stiles passed from this life July 5th, after a lingering and painful illness of cancer of the stomach. She was a faithful, exemplary christian, and was very patient and cheerful during all of her sickness. Besides her children she leaves a husband and mother and other near relatives and friends to mourn her loss. Funeral will be held Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at the Baptist church, of which she was a member.
