I, Robert MCWATERS being this 23d day of April A.D. 1889 in sound mind in full use of all my mental powers hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Mary OFFER* and her husband Martin OFFER* the North West one fourth (1/4) of the South west- one fourth (1/4) of section Ten (10) in Township one hundred and Ten (110) North Range sixteen west to their own use now and after my death To my son Thomas I give at my decease one dollar. To my son John I give one dollar to my daughter Nellie I give a farm which was her mothers when she was living. To my son Willie I give one dollar at my decease as to the others.
