Mass of Christian Burial 1 p.m. Fri. at Washburn McReavy -Strobeck Johnson Chapel, 1400 Mainstreet, Hopkins. Internment National Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel 4-8 p.m. Thursday. Memorials may be directed to donor's choice. NOTATIONS: This was my father.....full name was Charles Forest Merrick. He died on Tuesday 11 November 1986 and was buried 14 November 1986. Born 7 May 1912 St. Paul, MN (Ramsey) to Ernest Mortimer & Loretta Mary (Mills-maiden) Merrick. Died 11 November 1986 Minneapolis, MN (Hennepin Co.). Preceded in death by parents Ernest and Loretta Merrick, sister Loretta (Merrick-maiden) Irvin, former wife Barbara (BURRESS-maiden) Ekdahl, and son Roy William Shulenberg. He was a member of VFW Post #1491, American Legion Post #231, and was an active volunteer at the Servicman's Center of Minnesota.
