Maple St., Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 from tuberculosis. She had been in failing health for five years and confined to her bed for seven months. Laura Gallivan was born in Caledonia, June 19, 1875. She was married to Timothy Hayes and lived in Caledonia for some time after their marriage. They lived in LaCrosse a few years and three years ago came to Austin reside and bought their home on W. Maple St. Nine children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Hayes, seven of whom, with their father, survive: Harold of Burkburnett, Texas, Grace, Lawrence, Delbert, Raymond, Edwin and Wilfred of Austin. She also leaves five sisters and two brothers, Mrs. T. Sheehan of Seattle, Washington, Mrs. J. B. McCabe of Brainared, MN, Mrs. EM Allen of St. Paul, Mrs. Hugh Towey of Stewartsville, MN Mrs. R J (Nellie) Cunningham of Austin, T. P. Gallivan of St. Paul and Jeremiah Gallivan of White Bear. Mrs. Hayes was a woman of sweet disposition and a very patient sufferer, She was a beautiful mother who found happiness in her home and was devoted to her family and to her church. She was a member of St Ausutine's Church, the Rosary Society and the Mother's Club of Columbus School. The funeral will be heod at St Augustine's Church tomorrow morning at 9:30
