FileFormat by Terri--MNArchives Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by: Coleen Barger Submitted: October 2003 ========================================================================= From The Isanti News, Isanti, Minnesota, Thursday, May 3, 1945: PETER DAHLBERG IS BURIED SATURDAY Friends and relatives gathered at the Berglund Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon, April 28th, at 2:00 o'clock to pay their final respects to Peter Dahlberg of North Cambridge who had passed away April 25th. Rev. Harold E. Peterson preached the sermon and Mrs. Peterson sang several songs. Included in the group of pallbearers were Gottfred Theline, Theo. Swenson, Manfred Johnson, P.F. Fredeen, Albert Swanson and Matt Norin. Interment was made in the Isanti Union Cemetery. Mr. Dahlberg was born in Helsingland, Sweden on July 7, 1862 and passed away April 25th at the age of 82 years, 9 months and 18 days. He was married to Brita Julia Peterson on April 16, 1886. They came to America in 1903 and settled in Isanti County. To this union were born two sons, Henry and Einer. Mrs. Dahlberg passed away on September 4, 1942. He is survived by his son Einer, three grandchildren and one brother in Sweden. Note from Submitter: These are my my great-grandparents.
