Cal.; entered service September 18, 1917, at Jackson, to Camp Dodge,
September 18, 1917; to Camp Pike, December 1917; to Camp Green, May 1918; to
New York, June 1918; overseas June 14, 1918; engaged in battle of Marne,
died in service August 10, 1918; killed by machine gun in battle of Marne.
