The services were held at 2 p.m. from the Rock- Randall Funeral Home with the Rev. Lawrence Seiffert officiating. Vocal selections were by John Scheele, accompanied by Helma Bong. The pallbearers were Lloyd Falk, Alvin Howard, Arnold Hockenson, Ricky Fritche and Devry Fritche, with interment at the Riverside Cemetery in Brunswick. Clarence A. Fritche, son of Henry and Katherine Fritche, was born on April 1, 1900 in Waseca County. He attended rural school at Waseca and when he was 13 years old the family moved to Ogilvie. On July 14, 1923 he was united in marriage to Amanda Schumacher in Pine City and they lived at Brunswick until 1976 when they moved to Mora. Mr. Fritchie had farmed all his life. Clarence had been in and out of the hospital several times died at the Cambridge Nursing Care Center on Thursday, October 19, at the age of 78. He is survived by his wife, Amanda; two sons, Cleo of Braham, and Ervin of Princeton; four grandchildren; one sister Marie Grundberg of Spokane, Wash., and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Billy Ray Fritche.
